BHBW’s service department is geared to offer customers service and technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, responding to call outs in an average time of 4 hours.

The team of highly-qualified, specialised technicians working for BHBW across South Africa is coordinated by the centralised Call Centre, situated at the head office in Boksburg, which despatches the most qualified technician for the job to a customer’s site. This helps us to deliver on our promise of a four-hour response time to breakdowns across the country ensuring that customers get world-class service and support. The standard service interval is 250 hours.

Four regional service managers:

  • One in Gauteng and Freestate region,
  • One in Kwazulu Natal, and
  • One in the Cape
  • One in Eastern Cape

In addition, 22 Area Service Managers oversee the smooth and efficient running of the service department in these regions, as well as in neighbouring states Lesotho and Swaziland. 

The technicians’ vans are fully equipped with the stock necessary for the number of units for which they are accountable
